★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After staying 4 years on & off at there. I realise ppl around here are friendly and the air here was fresh and clean. Is a good place fir retires to stay. However wheather sometimes can get scorching hot or heavily pouring. Overally this place is just okay for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a house at Taman Seberang Jaya and still rent the house to Unimap. Can't wait to move there. It is nice place with lotta potential to grow since the location is near to Thai and Langkawi islands. But local people are not to friendly. Lucky, Unimap is there. So more outsiders wth open-minded and rational thinking move over there.
