★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely horrible service. Once my instructor had called me for a class and told me to arrive there by 12pm which is what I exactly did. Looked for my instructor for about 15 minutes and called him, he picked up his phone saying that he is currently teaching another student and told me to wait for my turn at 3pm. I waited 3 hours and only learned for about an hour or less.
There are other times when I came to do my QTI and JPJ test only for them to say that my name was not on the list in the office at Cheras that day, although my agent from told me that my name was on the list. From my house to IMKEDA Cheras was about a 30 minute drive (not including the traffic jam), so I basically had to go to Cheras for nothing.
A complete waste of time and the management there is trash.
Do your job better. I regret ever registering to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a horrible place to study driving. The instructor, Cik Sharifah bte Tahir dont know what she's teaching. She say one thing and forgets. She don't teach all the 3 routes and she said that's all the instructor do that. Just tell the JPJ officer that you want to go route 1. The JPJ officer failed me on the road although put signal which was witnessed by my family. The instructor said not to complain. Overall FAILED. Paid again to resit but the instructor told lies to take extra classes as retest in a week but it was not. She didn't submit my name and when called the office they said my name is in a month time. Wasted my money. Paid again. Worst thing she didn't teach me before my test and didn't reconfirm my dates. She didn't answer my call. Went to Safety Driving and took 6 hours refreshing course before my test and I got thru. Don't waste your money. I paid overall RM3K.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come on weekend and front desk is very helpful. Just talk nicely. Doing my GDL here.course on Tuesday and test a week after. Price is standard and not same with other driving institutes. Here also have surau and canteen also. Do not call because the line is always busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ another update: Instructor is really unprofessional and unproductive, disrespectful & impatient!! I signed up to IMKEDA under one of the nearby agency around my area. I paid rm1800 for my DA & I don’t think it’s even worthy. Bro, this one keeps on telling me “ nanti kalau gagal, kena bayar modal lagi, awak yang rugi “ every single time that I have class with him and also that apparently I’m not showing enough efforts??? TF?? Just what tf are you trying to do?? I don’t see in any ways that this helps to enlighten my spirit? Why I nak keluar modal lagi & waste my time to see you again???????? Bad bad bad experience! Can’t wait to get out from here !!!! 0/0!!
