Is a great experience for me to study Inter Excel! ❤️ I had been studying here and Inter Excel has taught me to become more confident as well as improve my communication skills. I have learnt things that have never been taught in my secondary school. Thank you Inter Excel and the trainers especially Mr Hilary. I could say Inter Excel is the best to join if you wish to be in the aviation industry as I have just been gone through the inhouse interview which is conducted by IE and Airport Company! Is a great opportunity and beneficial to us (IE students). Thank you IE and I am proud to be their student!

Whether you’re joining as a student fresh from high school, a degree holder, or even someone who’s looking for a place to do their internship as a part of your Degree’s requirement, Inter Excel is definitely a place that would help and push you to be better by the time you graduate/complete your course or internship. If you’re the type of person who truly wants to test themselves and grow more as a person or professional, Inter Excel is an outstanding institution to help you achieve that. It doesn’t matter what kind of personality you had at the start, weather you’re shy and quiet, or loud and jolly, as long as you dedicate 110% of yourself into improving and learning, you would very likely leave with a lot of valuable life and industry lessons that would serve you well regardless if you’re going into the aviation/service industry or pursuing a career in the corporate world. IF YOU’RE CONSIDERING TO ENROL AS A STUDENT, most of the Inter Excel Graduates and I can vouch that the trainers here who are former Cabin Crew with international airlines such as Singapore Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Emirates, Qatar Airways and even British Airways, are very knowledgeable and passionate in training students to become flight attendants/service agents. Ask them any question in the book or even questions about their own personal experiences over the years and you’ll definitely be wow’ed, enlightened and more importantly, confident in allowing these trainers to mould you to be a better professional. Even before you become a cabin crew, you have already mentally prepared yourself to think and act like one. I can assure you all your concerns about becoming an FA would be cleared here. How about on the internship side? Well, if you’re looking for a place to just pick up free credits for the sake of your degree without doing any productive or meaningful industry work, I frankly doubt that this could be the right place for you. On the other hand, If you’re really WILLING to dive in into actual work and projects that would benefit you in your own career beyond your few months as an internship, I strongly encourage you to consider Inter Excel as a place to do your internship. Beyond the technicals and honing your specific industry skills (whether it’s marketing, digital design, business management ,etc), you’ll be exposed to real-life, real-people scenarios, and have a clearer understanding of how your own career would look like once you’re in the workforce after graduating from University. You’ll subconsciously learn to love the challenges in the tasks you face as each time you strive to do your best, you could truly feel yourself mentally growing. You’ll work with people from different races, different life stories and backgrounds, that would truly help you polish your own personality even if you’re just there for a short time. Besides the trainers or colleagues that you will be with during your time in Inter Excel, you’ll be under the direct mentorship of two great people , Mr Hilary and Madam Chong. Both are seasoned experts in their field , so it’s IMPOSSIBLE that you’ll leave without learning any valuable lessons or wisdom from them. More importantly, you’re working with people who TRULY CARE about those under their guidance, from their students to their staff/intern(s). You’re in good hands when you’re in Inter Excel. It’s also your responsibility to do your part for yourself, classmates or team. Thank you Inter Excel for a memorable 15 months! (2019-2020) You’ve moulded me to become a much wiser and mentally-astute person than before (that even my parents acknowledge while we run and set up our businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic) I look forward to be able meeting everyone again in the team when the situation allows. You don’t work or do partnerships with LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL Airlines, Institutions and Corporations unless you’re the BEST in your field ? Im Nabilah from ID20, I had a very good lessons and experiences with InterExcel. I gained a lot of knowledge and information in how to groom well, how to communicate fluently, how to be confidence and lot more. I have improved my grooming, my soft skills and all these skills are only at InterExcel which makes me glad that I joined InterExcel. Big thank you to Mr Hillary, Madam Chong and all the trainers that helped me to have a bright future and keep pushing me forward.

During my Internship here, I learned a lot about real working experience which expose you with cross-cultural skills and qualities, providing me with greater knowledge and understanding of HR elements, management, and marketing relations. I cannot deny it was though at first as it was my new experience, however, through my 3 months here, what I realized was, I established newfound confidence and new skills in myself such as I learned to work under pressure, multitask, increase my communication skills, cooperate with team members, and many others. My Boss and Supervisor also always guide and motivate me to seek opportunities for continuous learning and opportunities to improve my work ethic. I'm not only learn about office element here, but I also learns a lot about life lesson, which help me becomes a better and matured person in future. overall I can say, I have gain a great experience throughout my Internship here and I am grateful that I'm working here as an intern.

As an intern here, I gained a lot of experience and skills. I can do telemarketing, HR element, as well as administrative tasks. I feel like I will be very confident in the future if I apply to different industry as I carry a lot of skills that I gained from IEAG. The colleagues are all kind and diverse. We have Malaysian and foreigners, all working together without any dispute. Remember to always have 3H: Honesty, Humble and Hardworking, and nothing bad will come to you. Cheers!

It has been one of my best decisions to join Inter Excel Academy. I have learned and grow a lot since i joined Inter Excel. I can proudly say that i completed Inter Excel course as a completely different person since i have joined, i have improved my english, life skills and communication skills a lot, not to mention my grooming and a lot of other skills. I am truly thankful to all the trainers that have taught me for the past 1 year and especially our principal. Inter excel is truly an amazing academy

During my internship, Inter Excel has assisted me in gaining a great deal of information and experience. I'm pleased that, with the help of my supervisors and coworkers, I've been able to gain a better understanding of the process. Aside from that, I get the opportunity to try new things and learn from other areas.

I can tell everyone that coming to this company to work or intern will definitely give you unexpected good results. I just finished my internship in this company, although it is only two months, but I can sincerely say that I had a perfect transformation. I didn't know how to work in the office from the beginning, but under the guidance of my boss and my supervisors , I gradually mastered how to complete the work that was given. My director and supervisor treat me very well and gave me some good advices every time on how to work more effectively. As a result, I have a great working environment, thanks to my colleagues. My director encourages us to be positive minded and tell us not to be afraid of making mistakes as we learnt from that. We take the initiative to report our work progress to our management. During my internship, I improved on my communication skills. From the beginning, I was not very daring to talk to strangers. We were trained to participate in various activities. From then I dared to communicate with others more and also built a lot of self-confidence. All of my colleagues also took great care of me and often interacting with each other in a English speaking environment. We also had to get things done together, which allowed us to build a stronger spirit of cooperation. I also go to outstation with my director and supervisor to gain more experience. Although it was only a short two months, it was a wonderful internship for me. Lastly, I would like to express my utmost gratitude for this chance of internship given by the Inter Excel group.
