★ ★ ★ ★ ★ for the love of god please answer your phone, why is it that an official office that has phone line nobody picks up no matter how many times u call during office hours!!!!!!
the only way to get inquiry is to go personally and ask at which point they send u to different office just to keep making you go back and forth between buildings , the truth of the matter the staff are just doing their job but the system to process basic needs is over the top complicated for no good reason, it would be more reasonable to stack all the office affairs in one building instead of scattering them around like Pokemons.
