★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office building here is scary. Toilets are far away from office and no lights at late evenings. So please prepare yourself to avoid late nights here. Lift is scary and too rusted already. Parking is rm120 per month and you need to pay rm47 for access card fees and its non refundable. Imagine the building management money making scheme to charge rm47 for the parking access card. Parking is scary at night if you are going home late. Restaurants are too far. 15 mins walking to the nearest. Only 1 mamak nearby and they are quite slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities very badly maintained. Lifts not working or no lights. Sometimes no water supply.
Car park flooded when rain. And whole basement smells like sewage treatment plant!
Also, be careful when you use the toilets! Sewerage may drip onto your head from leaky pipes above!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing to shop and see here, only less than 10 restaurants available. Very empty but can hear your echo only. Who want to sit in the park located in the middle? So damn hot, can become roasted in the morning until afternoon unless you come in the evening...no way, carpark not free.
