The first shopping Mall in Kulai strategically located within the northern growth corridor of Johor Bahru. Three-level Mall, with gross area of 600,000 sq. ft. and a net lettable area of about 250,000 sq. ft. on a four hectare site. Commenced operation in December 2001, this one-stop shopping destination houses, GIANT Superstore, MR.DIY, Yung Fa Fashion, Amusement Center, Time Gallery, Fast Food outlets such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Marrybrown and popular pharmacies such as Watson and Guardian. One of the Mall's main attractions is the indoor Carousel on the ground floor nearly at F&B areas. It's the first of its kind in a Johor shopping Mall. Being a community Mall, many events, shows and community-based activities are held every weekend. IOI Mall, Bandar Putra, Kulai set out to show that "Life is indeed a celebration ".

This is a shopping mall located in an outskirt township. The mall is always not much crowd even during weekend. They are in the progress of upgrading renovation.Hope could have a better outcome and more variety of shop for our better shopping experience later.

Well Sad to see A store close after 10 years after the covid pandamic. Service has dropped over the years causing the death of the mall. Hope everyone stays safe.

Average mall. But rather equipped for a smaller place like Kulai compared to the mothership in Puchong and Putrajaya. Free parking! Have Machines! Have Starbucks drive thru!!! Wow! In town region itself. #snoringpenguin

To tell the truth, this place is only suitable for the locals. Free parking and very comfy toilets (newly renovated) but just not enough entertainment inside. Would not recommend to outsider because nothing to shop for inside except for some 2 dollars stores like Mr DIY, Ninso, toys..., a lot of good fast food too. Only perfect for people to spend their leisure time grouping. Edited: Ever since Target supermarket has opened it has became so much more lively. I'm going there every 2 weeks now and i always see a crowd. Its so nice to see people in IOI mall again. Hope more vendors come open entertainment stations.

i genuinely think the new look of this place changes everyone's perspective. and also, surprisingly, you can buy groceries here as well with affordable price at target. the iphone shop is also here, 2 drugstores and a lot of places you should visit yourself

(Detailed review below) Food ⭐⭐⭐ Ambiance ⭐⭐ Accessibility ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cost ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Low(ish) cost mall that suffers from too many empty units and, unfortunately, poor quality of shops too. There is a Target supermarket here and it's definitely wallet friendly (cheaper than Aeon) but options within are limited. Some of the useful shops that I've been to include KFC, MarryBrown, Pizza Hut, Watson's pharmacy, Target supermarket and Starbucks. Everything else is okay and barely register on my radar unfortunately. Still waiting for the cinema to reopen. Tip: Target patrons are the folks living nearby. It's more for the convenience of being close as opposed to being an attraction.
