★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service , not encourage people to go, last year 26 Dec 2018 went there bought Elmark brand calling fan, they said if fan got problem will one to one exchange,unfortunately one of the fan I brought not working , call them for exchange they said can’t only can send back to factory for repair ....until now still not reply for them , chasing them for many times they just simply said still waiting for factory to repair...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 10th Aug 2017 Purchased a ceiling fan and i specifically told the salesman Suresh that i need a long rod to support the fan as i having high rise ceiling. Bought a rod with additional RM150.00. At the same time bought ceiling light as well. Informed the salesman Suresh to get the wireman to fix the fan and lights on 24th Aug at 1200hrs.
On 24th Aug waited till 1400hrs but the installer did not showed up. Called Suresh and was told that the installer's car was breakdown when on the way to my house and re-arranged another date. On 27th Aug the wireman showed up without ladder for high rise ceiling (while i spesically bought 6 feet iron rod for high rise ceiling). So the wireman only managed to install the light and will back few days later with ladder to fix the fan. Re- arranged to 30th Aug.
Till 7th Sept the wireman did not show up and i called Salesman Suresh to clarify the issue. Suresh claimed that the wireman told him that the ceiling is too high and unable to do. My question here at the point of sales i was told by suresh that he is aware that the housing at the taman where I stay with highrise ceiling and claimed that can be fixed and convinced me to buy the product and now brush off the responsblity. When i requested for exchange / refund but denied but claimed that he will arrange someone else to fix the fan in a week.
On 20th Sept I called again to follow up but was told by Suresh he will call me back in 5 minutes once check with installer. I waited for his call till 4th October and decided to call him.
When confronted about the delay i was told to f**** off by Suresh before he slamming the phone. Seriously, that was the exact word used by him and the shop management can check the phone conversation if they have the recording system. All call conversations done to shop main line.
So dear customers, its you to decide if want to patronize with this salesman. My home ceiling still without fan.
