โ โ โ โ โ I had walk in to purchase some medicine at Ipharmacy sri muda shah alam recently for my injuries.
There was 2 indian girls at the counter side not professional in serving customers.They busy playing and listening to songs in their smartphone.
They not bothered to smile and serve customer need.
Very unprofessional for pharmacy to hire staff like this.
I would suggest ipharmacy sri muda to hire some educated staff that knows better about medication to work at pharmacy because they are serving medication for customers.pharmacy staff should be showing urgency and suggesting best suited medication for customers that walk in.Otherwise ipharmacy should be close down.I just wander are the staff allowed to used handph while serving customers?Why ipharmacy sri muda management not concern about customers.

โ โ โ โ โ I had been encountered serious gastric problem, took a lot medicine and seen many doctors, the result still the same, in the end get the consultation from the pharmacy from the pharmacist from the i pharmacy, my gastric issue relieve and never had rewind again. thank you!!!!
