โ โ โ โ โ A few weeks ago, I went to this shop to troubleshoot a problem on my mac and replace the battery. He ended up just change the battery, without explaining what was wrong with the sound problem I had on my laptop. When I told him the problem, I was assuming that he would fix it for me. It gave me an impression that he didn't really know what was wrong. I wasn't dissapointed because he couldn't fix the sound problem, I was dissapointed because he was dishonest with me. I ended up didn't fix any of my problems. After he changed the battery, my laptop was overheating frequently and I had to send it to another shop for service. ??
