โ โ โ โ โ 1st purchase is good, but 2nd purchase i got the flower on Saturday morning, then evening it turned out like this...... i wonder is it florist take the wrong bouquet ?

โ โ โ โ โ I was looking for a place that accepted online orders as I'm currently overseas and thankfully came across this florist. I'd give them beyond 5 stars if that was possible! The ordering process was really simple and I particularly liked how they notified me with photo evidence once the flowers had been delivered :) Great selection of bouquets online and really friendly, customer-focussed service to boot. Thanks again team, really great work all around.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered a bouquet for Motherโs Day and it was delivered within the day. The purchasing experience was easy, and the store accepts overseas credit card - a huge plus point! But what really stood out was the delivery experience, which was exceptional! My recipients were a little hard to reach, so the shop and their delivery team had a hard time trying to arrange a delivery. Eventually they contacted me for the delivery. They were so nice and patient, and it still got delivered within the timeframe despite the hiccup on my end! The flowers still looks great when my recipients only saw the flowers the next day ? โ โ โ โ โ Ordered 3 Condolence Flower Stand for our Grandma in Ipoh as we were unable to go back in time for her funeral. Very Thankful that we chanced upon Ipoh Fresh Flowers, they had a wide selection of flower stands and were very prompt in their reply. As we ordered quite late in the afternoon, they were unable to get the flowers delivered on the same day. But they ensured that the flowers got delivered early the next day which we really appreciate. The flower stands were all very beautifully made and flowers were all fresh. Would highly recommend Ipoh Fresh Flowers.
