★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called my insurance and they assign this workshop to tow my car. The workshop did not note done the my phone number correctly and did not bother to call my insurance company back to get the correct phone number. They did nothing for one hour until I call my insurance company again.
Then they lied and said that they be here in 20 minutes.
The 1 hour delay that they did cause me a lot of issue with the housing area. Initially they said that they be here in 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my car for repair due to accident, car condition came out worst than before. Car seat was scratch due to they put stuffs on my seat and pull out i guess, Car noise everywhere after repair, even my steering wheel. Promise original parts but came out MADE IN TAIWAN.
