My i phone screen problem. So staff gave me few recommendations and advice me what to do next.
When I arrived there, it was solved within 15min, i walked out the front door within 20min, that is what i call an efficient and professional service. Staff answered most of my questions when he was working on my phone.

If i may suggest, daily notification update through WhatsApp might be a great value added service. Always remember, good customer experience can attract loyal customers and loyal customers can recommend to other customers how good the service are ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience i had here when i gave my samsung to change charging port since its not charging. Once they change it, my phone screen was blinking on and off when call. Cannot open my camera and I had to off my sensor to open my camera. When I ask them so solve, they also not sure and giving reason that they only change charging port. As a "specialist", they must do thorough check for other possible faults. The price wasn't reasonable also.
After 3 weeks changed their charging port, it didt charge !! I decided to give to samsung authorize centre to fix. Now my phone is working properly and the sensor problem is also solved. I don't even know that their product is legit or not !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My iphone 5 SE 1st gen screen cracked with top right of the lcd dismantled protruding out of the phone frame, it was really bad. iphone authorized dealer can fix it with RM750!! which is absurd for such an old phone. Saw excellent google review on IPRO Kajang, went there, gave my phone, was replaced with high quality (not original) lcd with RM120. And it was done straight away in front of me in not more than 20mins. Afif and his colleague even answered a lot of my questions about the phone and was really friendly and very detailed and precise ocd style, going about fixing the phone, and the screen looks brand new and sensitive to touch as one would expect for a new screen, with 1 month warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service of both guys, the skill, time taken and the price. For sure will repeat if I have any other trouble with my other devices. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and proffesional. There’s only one thing that I wish i know earlier - waterproof sealant cant be restore. In fact after googling, indeed only authorized apple service centre can do the sealant. I mean, 3rd party can try but unlikely it will be a good one. I wish this issue should be mentioned clearly so the customer aware. I only asked when the battery replaced so it’s too late. ?
But then again, the process was really quick. The main reason i choose 3rd party was because Machines require me to leave the phone for a week or so which i cant afford to do that. So it’s still whqt i really need. But now i just gotta be extra careful with this fragile phone. One drop of water might ruin my phone now. ??
