As a client can't satisfy with whatever they provided to build a house. Its shows bad quality with low budget like the facility they provide in and out of the house. For an example tiles (I feel the cheapest one), master room size is very small, water speed too slow and more. Bt we bought it for 400k+.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there yesterday, on 17 Nov. Terrace houses are almost sold out. Really like the design of the semidetached showhouse. It has 4 bedrooms + 1 utility room, and 4 bathrooms at 610 k only, good price. ? A bit disappointed bcoz I am currently searching for a bungalow type, with at least 5 bedrooms. Took some pictures here and there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting facade. The wet park is actually quite nice. Unfortunately the maintenance of the park is not so good. There are many floor finishes and fittings were damaged. I wonder how would the park look like after another few years.
