★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this company. They promised to send a cleaner at 845am but until 930am, no sign of the cleaner. Nobody contacted me and just made me wait. When I contacted them, they blamed it on traffic jam but there was no traffic on that path they were saying (confirmed by my husband who used the same path to work). Unprofessional! Don’t bother booking this service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible cleaning agency..yesterday confirmed with agent cleaning starts at 1pm and she said ok..the next day we waited until 130pm but no update from agent..then we have to contact the agent and the agent only replied and said the cleaner will only come at 2pm. Agent said it’s IMPOSSIBLE to send cleaner on time for cleaning and it’s very normal??? (Delay from 1pm to 2pm and agent said there was a traffic?? They should allocate some time for travelling rather than making customer wait without informing..Waited for an hour and they can just postpone as they like..so what is the point of making appointment...so disappointing and such a waste of time
