Since I have tight budget and time constraint, I genuinely wanted to know how long it would take to have my glasses’ frame changed (in average). To my disappointment, the lady who was on the phone was noticeably salty every time I was asking questions and her tone was just straight up rude. Long story short, I changed my mind. I went to the other place nearby instead of going here. I really wanted to come but the lady was the deal breaker. Sorry but first impression matters!
