★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This palace was part of the Klang Heritage Walk on Saturday 21 April 2018. From afar at the fence, it looked beautiful with a large well-maintained garden just after the fence. The tower capped with a gold-coloured dome which was part of the palace itself was prominent. The gate was flanked with a small canon on either side. Tourists were not allowed to enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sultan Selangor is love by their people, he use to wear short pants singlet riding bicycle at pulau ketam, very close to the people and the people friendly greet him with call "Apek" grandfather... And the park next to the istana last time is old hospital, he used to pay visit these patient and found that is too pack, so he told his son to build a new hospital for the people if not he will turn his istana into the hospital.
