★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, you can have affordable.pricing but the quality is horrible, glue comes off at the top and a piece came out and I brought it back the next day and the staff got the cheek to tell me that it not covered under warranty without even checking it. Clearly very very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sending my phone here to solve a problem, staff told me had a motherboard issue, asking RM380 for replacement.. but after replacement same issue happen (battery undetected), already go the twice to claim the warranty but staff only open the phone and just place a sticker... not trusted at all.. they seems to refuse cust to claim the one month warranty

He discovered the issue and rectify it, eventhough he mentioned that if can't clean the input of the port, might need to change. He determined to clean it up without needing to change. Thank u so much for your kind & attentive service. Will surely recommend people having hp issues to come here!!
