★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good leader will not belittle one's knowledge or work experience. Never once have I felt so dumb after attending an interview as I attended in this company. If I were to memorize all the basic knowledge, I might as well just be a lecturer. Any knowledge can be found easily on google instead of memorizing it, understanding is what is needed to excel in career life. Please change your mindset if you want to be a good leader.
