★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been through a lot of Apple service providers from Singapore, Cambodia, Thailand, and now in Malaysia. It’s very safe to say that iTworld does indeed live up to its “Apple Premium Service Provider” name. I got my MacBook Pro motherboard and Touch ID replacement under limited warranty for free in just 5 working days (dropped off on Monday, Tuesday was a holiday, and Friday evening I got a called to pick it up). Compared to Cambodia, it would take up to 2 weeks.
Walk in experience, I don’t have to wait for long, no reservation needed. And the people are very friendly.
as a plus, I can track my service status via their own website. Nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My iPhone 13 Pro had a dot issue with the telephoto lens and requires a replacement of the whole camera unit and they managed to have it replaced within the day. Parking's no issue at all and everything went smoothly.

Upon reaching the centre, I was greeted by friendly lady at receptionist counter.
Sent IP13 Pro on the 19-Jan-2022 due to Dot pixel issue which was NOT able to be detected/rectified/solved by 2 authorized Apple service centres that I have visited; one at One Utama & another in The Curve (please don't waste time going to the Curve as it has the worst service ever).
After explaining my problems with the phone, the person in charged immediately checked on the spot and accepted my phone for further check/repair by their technician.
Registration was a breeze.
Was told will be ready by next day due to my visit in the late afternoon already.
Got a call on the 20-Jan-2022 morning.
Boy, was the service repair fast.
They managed to replaced the OLED screen on my unit.
Great shoutout to two ladies (Ms. Michelle and another one didn't manage to get the name, sorry), technician Mr. Aizat, other technician members & the whole team. The service really live up to the centre's name of Premium Service.
Just some minor issue on the queue system machine.
Maybe can consider using manual numbers in case if there's a lot of visitors.
Overall a very pleasant service experience. Keep it up.
Another satisfied consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encountered an error when trying to update my phone. Booked an appointment and the staff managed to update my phone but due to the error, all contents and settings were erased. Luckily i have backup on my mac. Restored the phone at home and It World did not charge a penny for the update, which caught me by surprise. Female counter staff was very helpful. Will definitely come again for future services.

They are always getting out of their way to help and there time estimate for diagnostic or repair is reliable. Just the best place to get your hardware or software fixed !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came for a MacBook warranty service. The staff name Rachel is very helpful and professional throughout the entire warranty claim process.
She handled my case in a very patience manner and able to troubleshoot my problem quickly. The whole repair process took only less than a week. The replacement part ships from SG to KL hence it took a few days but swapping the part is quick and done professionally.
Thank you Ms. Rachel and IT World for having such a pleasure Apple warranty support experience. 5 star!
