★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last time, I bought Apple Watch Series 5 at this IT World (AEON KINTA IPOH) branch, the customer services is very good, I don’t know where the old staff go now, the two malay staff is so good, treated me well, but yesterday, when me and my friends just go there just to survey some items, I just saw a short drama, this one chinese staff (guy) wearing green shirt and black colour kind of sweater (edited), i think just being little bit of rude to malay “makcik”, I think because of miscommunication, maybe the “makcik” cannot described some earphone that she want to buy” to the staff, after then the “makcik” just go, i don’t know because of what matters, maybe because of the service, sadly how he handle it very poor and very unprofessional to the old lady. ?????? very bad example of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ happy days!! I am a very customer.. ITWORLD/SNS has never let me down!! didnt notice that they have an outlet at KINTA AEON. I was first went to MACHINE in a hope to buy a MacBook Air M1. The visit was a nightmare and walked out from that store with nothing. I was lucky enough to have seen the shop. I was greeted by Mr Ng and told him that I needed to get a MacBook but having problem with my debit card and asked him if I can online transfer the payment to him to get the MacBook.. he happily said yes which MACHINE failed to assist. Mr Ng then helped me out with the online transfer and setting up the new MacBook and I walked out from their store as a happy customer. This is not my very first experience with ITWORLD. I based in Langkawi and have also purchased other apple product (few iPhones, AirPods Pro, iPad Pro) from them just over the phone and the shipment was spot on!!
I highly recommend ITWORLD and MR. NG deserve a raise!!
