★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not good. They refuse to return us the deposit as they denied that we paid deposit to them. I really don't recommend to rent from this owner as they add more extra money to the electric bill for example when the bill is 200 they ask us about 280 without any convincing reason. Allah is there dear Ivana homestay owner and inshallah we will meet in the day of judgement. Less than one ? you deserve.
Be careful to rent from this owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rather say that the homestay is not worth of money. Leakage at the kitchen due to washing machine & cleaning by the owner. All the furnitures are old. Washing machine is manual. The ladder holder is loose. Dangerous for family with old people & kids. Not advisable to book this house if you travel with big family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was fine. Rooms quite big, fit for 3 adults (2 bed and 1 additional mattress). Suitable for big family. In my case we have 20 person with 13 adults.
Since we only here to sleep then it's was ok.
Maxis line quite bad here. I've got no service in the back of the room.
