I really appreciate Dr. TAN JUI SENG’s expertise on his field as an IVF doctor - you’re so amazing. In my preliminary consultation, during the treatment & up to now that I’m already back in my country, there is MS. LEE who is very thorough, informative, patient, kind, passionate & ready to answer all my concerns - you’re like a google - instantly answering my questions. To Dr. Tan’s WHOLE TEAM & STAFF, you are all wonderful & I can’t say enough nice words about you. I highly recommend IVF Bridge Fertility Centre for the treatment is less expensive but with full support & care. After having some failed series of ivf from other hospitals, i have now my TWINS after my first attempt of ivf treatment in the clinic. You all did a life changing level in my life that you may not realize. I will forever be grateful & never forget all of you. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. w	wong hui min on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say 10 am appointment... end up 1 pm !!! i can understand that the doctor is busy but don't cramp up all the appointments if you cannot handle so many patients... we are busy people too !!! This place is very money minded... the doctor is always so stressed and in a hurry and nothing is ever according to plan. Doctor says fresh transfer then suddenly last minute change to frozen transfer, so many hidden costs... kept saying IVF is the best and talk bad about other clinics... but my friends also failed in the IVF treatment here... I was recommended by a friend that got pregnant here via IVF, but she had miscarriage not long after and was told by another gyne that the baby was not healthy... but according to the "doctor" here everything was "good".... how can we ever trust a doctor like this...

Miss Lee was on hand almost 24/7 to answer any questions l had and to help me make all the plans necessary to travel from Australia to begin my treatment. Once there she continued to give me all the information and care l needed to feel incredibly comfortable and supported as l embarked in my journey. Dr Tan was warm and had such a lovely nature and without a doubt one of the best Fertility Doctors in the world along with his embryologists and entire team. At 43 years old l was successful first round and now in my second trimester with a healthy baby boy and l couldn’t be more grateful to the entire team for the wonderful experience at their clinic. Highly recommend to anyone needing to undergo fertility treatments and to all fellow international travellers.

It took two attempts at IVF and thanks to the great team at IVF Bridge Fertility our dream of becoming Parents came true. Dr Tan JS’ expertise, Ms Lee’s patience and advice and the great skills of the IVF team allowed us to achieve live birth while minimising chances of miscarriage with PGS. The multiple trips to Malaysia was worth it. This outcome would not be possible in such a short time of a year if we have not met such an incredible team.

But thanks to lots of support+encouragement provided by Dr Tan and his team, I was able to recover from that difficult phase and now I am a mother. Dr Tan is very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. However, like every doctor, he is a very busy person and may not always have the time to explain a whole list of questions you come with. Nevertheless, in these circumstances, I was always referred to a team member (Miss Lee is my favourite!) who is very familiar with my medical history and could answer my questions. Even if I am not down at the medical centre for a check-up, I could always rely on contacting them via email or WhatsApp. I am always surprised by how quickly they respond! Anyway, to cut the long story short, my experience here has been nothing but excellent. I highly recommend Dr Tan and his team. The level of care I have received is absolutely outstanding. I am sure other patients can vouch for this too!
