Ben from Ivy Kon & Partners helped to explain what I am entitled to do, which area of the system I can engage my own lawyers / valuator before I even officially engaged them as lawyers. During the S&P drafting process, seller's lawyer was also difficult to manage but the team provided consistent updates and it was just a pleasant experience. Thank you for all the efforts and will see you again soon when I have a second property purchase.
