i am a first-time customer there, but they didn't even greet me or explain the services they have.
Luckily inside the shop there is a list of it.
But i am also left alone figuring out my car falls under which category.
All in all, i assume my car fall under the L category and then i decide i want a wash & vacuum.
It will be great if there's somebody explaining to me what you guys are offering etc.
Customer experience is the make or break for businesses nowadays.
Because of that, would i be coming again? I'm afraid not.
