Didn't consider customer time is precious.
How come didn't make a phone call when you can't make on time? And just say sorry but didn't think at all for their future customer

โ โ โ โ โ My wife went for soak off and manicure. But this young lady who served her, gave her a really bad experience. She keeps on playing her mobile phone, no proper cleaning her nails (she has to ask her to clean), and anyhow finish the top coat. The owner or boss, please make sure your staff is professional, i know this period is tough but service still has to be delivered right? NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!

โ โ โ โ โ It's a NO NO!! POOR HYGIENE!!
The way they did my nails was painful. The lady cut 4 of my fingers skin and when they remove the gel (which btw you gonna have to pay for) it's like it doesn't matter if they leave no nails to paint. My nail layers were ABSOLUTELY damaged.
1000% not recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Good experience here with caring staffs. Price is reasonable and the place is clean and comfortable. Appointment can be made via a phone call to avoid disappointment as walk-in customers might need to wait during weekends .

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service. I did manicure Gel, never last even for 2days, it peel off instanly. Perhaps they are using cheap products. I regret spending more than 100 ringgit for not good job. I will not recommend to my friends. I did it at Mytown

โ โ โ โ โ The price is okay, but I hope you can improve your nail colouring skills. I'm SO DISAPPOINTED with what I get because, as I mentioned, it's for Christmas. I paid okay! they use a small fan to dry the colour. Did not expect that as I went another place, they will use a machine. and please donโt use the same brush that you used to clean the table on my boyfriend nails.
