★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Claim that the postcode was wrong which isn't or else the parcel will not arrive at Larkin.At Larkin they informed that the parcel is been sent to Mount Austin office.when to Mount Austin and were told that it's on the way to Kulai and should collect at Damasara Alif office tomorrow. Just been to Damasara office and they cannot help much and to wait it out. In all their hard offices, I request to hold the parcel and call so I can come and pick up. They said they cannot do it

somemore the parcel only jb to jb
they will show out for delivery and then attempt not successful for few days
i even call the branch number and dispatcher number no one answer
the worst!

This is my first time made complain to J&T
Larkin J&T is the most poor service,quality,not responsible branch in Malaysia.
I have the proof to show that
I'm Shopee Seller, i send my parcel to my buyer use this branch jt ,
Then after few day i check my parcel still pending in this branch. i go this branch check with the counter ,they said have send out, next day i go check again ,then my 6box parcel pending there , i ask the the reason,they say my AWM only show the weight ,but my packing is box need to show the Size length ,weight. but i have fill in my Information in Shopee ,And this AWM is print out from Shopee ,they will not show this detail., i have check with shopee customer service. shopee cs have told me is this J&T branch problem.
Now my parcel jam over there , made the trouble to me and buyer.
Also, the counter customer service girl is rude,no patient and no manner when talking.
I will Boiko this J&T branch as a blacklist !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to send a parcel to my parents in Melaka since I can’t travel due to MCO. First choice was Poslaju at Larkin but the queue was so long until outside. So I came here to try since the price difference is minimal. It was around 2pm, Sunday. The girl at the counter was friendly.
The following day, Monday at 1.30pm my mum called said she already received the package! I’m surprised they actually processed for delivery on Sundays too. Good Job!
Note: I never have any issues with J&T with my shopee orders all these years. All received on time :)
