A big mega company like this should also accompanied with good and professional workers and staff.
Your main problem is not the one working and sending our parcels. its your hub. your staff here is not professional. phone call didnt pickup. called again its on engaged tone. seriously these either really bad attitude for the operator or the whole team there is in mess.

β β β β β Fast and easy to deliver parcel. Recommend others to install the JnT App first, sort out the address and parcels upfront before going there.
they more to processing the drop off for the walk in customer. Wrapping materials are provided too, do ask for the plastic bag that included for each delivery order.
Overall, a quick and effective experience in my view.

β β β β β The place was very easy to find. I went there to collect my parcel myself since it was after eid and the parcel wasnt moving. Parking wasnt difficult to find. The staff were very helpful and fast handing over my parcel.

β β β β β Very frustrating. My parcels have been in transit at J&T cyberjaya since 1stMay until today. Its understandable with the delay because of Eid. But at least pick up ur phone, so i can arrange a self pick up or something.
My suggestion, do not list ur contact number on google if u r not planning to answer ur phone.
