★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. "parcel in transit LDC B. KEMUNING" for 10 days. After being delayed for so long received update that parcel lost in transit. Please improve. This is unprofessional and a nuisance. Called many times but no one pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im not happy with service given by J&T especially LDC 606 is worst and giving me a nightmare! Most of my parcel will be facing delay of delivery all the time. J&T using fake reason as if they making an attempt delivery and they unable To contact me???? but the reality thay did not!!!!! Why do such foolish service J&T!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On hold one week no delivery, better close this branch. ??? very bad service , call no answer don't know all the workers are human pr not.??? My parcel inside is food now all rotten.
The advertisement invites you to use a service for deliver snacks, but when you actually use it, it refuses to deliver until the food and snacks in it are spoils and you can't eat it anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone' reviews are accurate about this warehouse. It makes you never ever want to use J&T service again.
My parcel arrived their warehouse on the 9th of April along with 2 other parcels. I thought their plan was to send all 3 parcels together since it was the same location.
But no, 3 parcels had the status of "Parcel is in transit:J&T LDC Bukit Kemuning 606" for daysssss. When finally they sent out 2 parcels.
But what about my last one? so I checked my tracking number in the j&t website and low and behold it said that it is on hold because out of operations business hours !
HOW CAN la? I don't think I'll ever go with j&t again just because of this one bad experience. it is totally unacceptable as you don't even allow customers to go and self pickup their parcels.
If you're understaffed, shouldn't u be happy the customers are willing to pick it up????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier service ever!! Shopee should stop using J&T anymore! The shopee seller courier my parcel super fast, but being hold at J&T warehouse for days. I went for self collection but was told that they need time to find my parcel (without trying to search for me), and i cant collect it on the spot! Not only me, i saw there are many buyers waiting and asking for collect the parcel, ended up back with empty hands! I urgently need the parcel for my niece birthday but my surprise ruin, as till today ny parcel still sitti g at their warehouse, totally speechless on their terrible service! Definitely will try avoiding seller who use them as courier!
