โ โ โ โ โ It's been a week since my iphone is being delivered but the jnt status Always "on hold" with remarks "uncontrollable situation" i think their workers are trying to do something with my phone and delivery attempt have failed twice. I suggest don't use jnt anymore. Until now my iphone still not arrived eventhough it's been weeks. They are not trusted like they are used to. Dont use their service anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ My item has arrived Seremban Branch on the 16th June and now already 5 days but in the tracking it is showing "on hold" with remarks "uncontrollable situation" been trying to call the customer service but no response. Trying to call most of the branches in seremban but no1 picking up. This is poor service. If the item is on hold atleast try to contact the sender nor receiver on the issue and update them. Not to leave the item just like that that a week. Take some responsibility in your work J&T. Really disappointed. ??

โ โ โ โ โ If not bcos of have to click the star, I even can't give 1 star to them, no body pick up phone in any of the branch, think the phone is for decoration. The parcel keep for one week till call only send, document also reached in branch 2 days since 2/6/2020, but til now still haven't delivered
