★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY VERY LOUSY BAD SERVICE J&T BALING ~!!! parcel already reach at (DP BALING 01) 5 day still pending to send to customer and try to call never pickup phone ( call more than 10 time never pickup ) in the end need customer selfcollect ~!!! The staff attitude is bad ~!!!! Never use J&T anymore~!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff didnt pass the parcel direct to the customer instead of asked customer to collect at certain area. I never deal with any courier and asked customer to pickup. Please improve your staff.
