Mereka mmg kekurangan staff.Management J&T please tambah pekerja utk melancarkan penghantaran item kpd customer.

β β β β β Saya tunggu barang dekat 3 hari tak sampai2. 14hb sampai jnt dah tapi 16hb pergi selfpickup kata "ada seratus bungkusan tak buka lagi tak logik kalau saya nak buka harini" pastu cakap dua tiga hari baru settle buka. DUA TIGA HARI ITU SANGAT LAMA YA. banyak barang ke malas kerja? kalau malas berhenti jelah kerja. pastu cakap pun biadappp bukan sorang semua biadappp. mcm mak ayah tak ajar.
I've been waiting for the goods for close to 3 days. 14th to jnt already but 16th went selfpickup said "there are a hundred packages not open anymore it's not logical if I want to open today" then said two or three days before settling open. THOSE TWO THREE DAYS ARE VERY LONG YES. a lot of stuff to lazy work? if you are lazy, stop working. must say biadappp is not the only one, all biadappp. mcm mak ayah tak ajar.
