★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barang sy dah 4 hari kat j&t bukit gambir ni. Tak keluar2 jugak. Then call tak angkat. Barang lain elok je sy dah dapat. Sama jugak drop point kat bukit gambir tuu.
 It's been 4 days at j & t bukit gambir. Didn't come out either. Then the call did not go up. Other good stuff I've got. The same goes for the drop point at Bukit Gambir Tuu.

ini kah service yang kami bayar ? J&T Bukit Gambir Tangkak .
Parcel hold up to 4 days when the customer calls u guys say they have to collect themselves because 1) there are a lot of items 2) Because RAYA has no slaves to send 3) If you don't call, the parcel stays close to j & t
Is this the service we pay for? J&T Bukit Gambir Tangkak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They can charge for more if parcel is heavier and modified in system. However if customer typo the weigth in App which parcel is lighter means cheaper the price, they charge accordingly without any reminder and claimed data already in the system.
Ask for refund of the extra charges but the staff show in bad attitude. Poor customer service and lack of trustworthy
Beaware to check your receipt before leave
