And he said maybe left out in lorry and will go and bring the parcel, until now I have not received my parcel yet. Being so late for product delivery is not what I expected from a recited company like yours. I want you send my parcel as soon as possible. Super slow!!!! It's was very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wow! apparently I'm not the only one here experiencing delays in delivery. It has been more than 2 weeks. A delivery from Selangor to KL took more than 2 weeks, stucked in this chowkit droppoint forever. I haven't even receive it yet. Customer service is not responsive. Everyday I checked it says On Hold

My parcel has been put on hold for about 4 days now (chow kit point). I’m patiently waiting and praying that my parcel not lost in your keeping. This time I totally dissapointed with your service.

Do not expect to receive your parcel within the estimated delivery period, or even at all. Live chat agent Alina was also extremely rude and unhelpful. Do not waste your time and effort with the customer disservice from J&T.
