β β β β β Take unreasonable duration to deliver your parcel. I havenβt get mine and stuck for long time. When calling them, no people will pickup the phone or hang up your phone after a few second. After a few call they will block your contact number. Itβs also funny that J&T never take any action to this monkey branch. Just hope all those people who work there are doing got and alive(because no response at all).

β β β β β Cant agree more with all other comments before mine. Whenever, u kena J&T its confirmed BAD LUCK. Your parcel will be slower than those ship from China that need to pass through customs. Really dun understand how come Shopee still engage such courier service. Come self collect pun tutup. My item arrive at CDC 303 more than 10days already.
