★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff tak mesra pelanggan, bercakap kasar . Barang kalau ada masalah tak leh post sila call pengirim, ini tak pergi simpan berhari-hari sampai penerima duk kata pengirim nii lambat hantar barang padahal kita dah hantar. Semoga kritikan ini diterima dengan hati terbuka lah yaaa?
Staff are not customer friendly, talk rudely. If there is a problem with the item, please call the sender, this will not be stored for days until the recipient says the sender is slow to send the item even though we have already sent it. Hope this criticism is accepted with an open heart yaaa?
