โ โ โ โ โ Why i must to gave this 1 star. .. its too much for them service.. many time my percale stock here .. very daily for no reason. .. must j&t see what is the problem with this branch

โ โ โ โ โ Now, for those of you looking at these ratings and think "Is it really that bad?"
1. Yes, it's really bad. Parcels are all chucked in clumps, almost looked like rubbish (maybe if you had a lighter then hey ho you've got a bonfire)
2. Most of them seem to sit around and curi tulang, like act to work and things of that nature.
3. Seriously, please keep your toilets at least usable.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor service workers there is unfriendly asked for help and they refuse to help my parcel in transit for 5 days still haven't arrive so decided to go to warehouse to pick it up myself but then they didn't help instead saying did u call our hotline ( I called their hotline like 3 times and no one answer it ) Then the guy says there's no people working atm u must come by tomorrow at 10am tl 1pm u can only pick it up yourself at that time. (there's many worker outside the warehouse talking but that guy say there's no worker atm huh?) Overall bad server and staff not friendly refuse to help and those parcels just laying on dirty grounds it's disgusting. If you guys want to pick it up by urself I suggest going by before 1pm

โ โ โ โ โ Why is my parcel still "in transit"? It's been days!!! My other parcel that also came from Perak has arrived 2 days ago because it was sent from the Tun Razak warehouse. Why is it so slow here?? I'm not even able to contact J&T customer service because their hotline is not in service and email support also closed, my email bounced. ???
