β β β β β Barang belum hantar tapi status dah delivered. Bukan sekali kena macam ni. Yang selepas tu kena pun sebab lupa nak tukar courier dekat shopee dan terpaksa hadap benda macam ni lagi. Memang tak akan guna servis ni kalau perasan awal.
 The goods have not been sent but the status has been delivered. Not once like this. After that, I forgot to change the courier near the shopee and had to face something like this again. I will not use this service if I notice early.

β β β β β Bad service. First, the delivery guy called me at 8ish pm said he couldn't make it to send my parcel. I said okay, he can come tomorrow morning. Then the next morning, because I had to attend my work urgently, I couldn't pick his call. I apologized and informed the reason I couldn't pick up the phone. He said he would reattempt delivery (on the phone he was implying my parcel is too heavy) on the following days but until like 4 days after, no response from him. I called J&T Stargate, the receptionist lady said the delivery guy asked me to pick up the parcel myself from there as he mentioned he already came to my house twice whereas he only came once. The tracking status on Shopee written 'successfully delivered', while I actually haven't received my parcel until today.
P/S: When I was the phone with the receptionist lady J&T Stargate, I could hear very loud music playing in the background from her side which made it hard to talk/listen when communicating and informing my concerns. Unprofessional.

my stuff reached there for like 2 weeks already and still cant reach my house
delivery man never came to my house but the status showed failed attempt which mean he was here but i dont receive in fact i stayed at house whole day waiting for my stuff
