★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner/manager perempuan yg pakai celak & baju hitam tadi was so rude beliau menyampuk kami bercakap & kata "maaf, kami ada customer" EMPAT kali & mempersilakan customer lain duduk even kami masih disitu & masih belum selesai berbincang. Saya sgt terkejut & tergamam mendengar kata2 puan. kami ni bukan customer ke? kami dtg datang untuk bertanya soalan & kami bayar sama mcm customer lain juga ya. Mak saya tak faham sbb tu mak saya tanya beberapa kali. You should help us.
Sgt kecewa sbb ni kali pertama kami dtg branch gong kepas & dilayan sebegitu depan customer lain. Cara bercakap pun menimbulkan kemarahan. Sangatla tidak professional :)) terima kasih atas layanan itu. Nasib baik saya sempat jeling puan tadi.
Kami call jam 4pm tanya soalan, staffnya jawab tak tahu/tak sure, bila kami datang sndiri pkul 5pm untuk tanya lagi sekali & cuba post barang sbb kami first time tapi kami dilayan mcm tu ya. Saya harap puan muhasabah balik & improve ya.
Staff disitu nampak okay shj, rating pun ramai kata staff ok. Tapi ownernya tidak. Tapi terima kasih ya tolong, kami sgt menghargainya.
 The female owner / manager who wore eyeliner & black shirt was so rude she interrupted us and said "sorry, we have a customer" FOUR times & invited other customers to sit even we are still there & still not finished discussing. I was very surprised & shocked to hear your words. Are we not customers? we come to ask questions & we pay the same mcm other customers as well yes. My mother did not understand that, so my mother asked several times. You should help us.
Sgt disappointed sbb this is the first time we dtg branch gong kepas & treated like that in front of other customers. The way he spoke also caused anger. Very unprofessional :)) thank you for the service. Luckily I had time to look at you earlier.
We called at 4pm to ask a question, the staff answered I do not know / not sure, when we came alone at 5pm to ask again & try to post the goods as we did the first time but we were treated like that. I hope you will reflect and improve.
The staff there seems to be okay, many ratings say the staff is ok. But the owner is not. But thank you, please, we really appreciate it.
