★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pekerja comel2 belaka, tp sy perhatikan pekerja kurang mesra, saranan sy pertingkatkan lg kemesraan terharap pelanggan,diharap ucapan '"terima kasih'" sentiasa menjadi perkataan terakhir sebelum cust. meninggalkan premis.
Just cute employees, but I noticed that the employees were less friendly, I suggested that I increase the friendliness of the customers, hopefully the "thank you" will always be the last word before the customer. leaving the premise.

Tapi kali ini sy sgt kecewa dgn servis JNt Gunung.. sistem update dlm shoppe barang out delivery tapi lps 20 minit tak sampai sejam, terus update penerima gagal dihubungi.sedangkan sy lngsung tak dapat apa2 panggilan dr pihak Runner.. 2 hari berturut2 update barang out delivery tp tak sampai sejam terus update gagal dihubungi.. tapi sy langsung tak dapat apa2 panggilan,mesej,atau wassap dr pihak runner.. bila complain dkt pihak Jnt gunung,, mereka kata no salah or tak jawab,,tp macam mana nk jawab call sedangkan tak dapat apa2 panggilan dr runner .. kali ni sy sgt kecewa dgn servis JNT ?
I've never wanted to give a low review on JNT's service before... But this time I'm very disappointed with JNT Gunung's service.. the update system in shoppe is out of delivery but lps 20 minutes doesn't take an hour, then update the recipient failed to contact. while I immediately received no calls from the Runner.. 2 days in a row the item was out of delivery but it didn't take more than an hour and the update failed to be contacted.. but I immediately got no calls, messages, or whatsapp from the runner.. if I complain to the party Jnt mountain,, they say no wrong or no answer, but how do you answer the call while getting nothing from the runner's call.. this time I'm very disappointed with JNT's service
