★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst J&T ever! Always hold delivery and late ! I dont know if it’s postman fault then management should do something. If the system is slow, please improve it! Hotline is always busy, and the worst is never answer a call ! Just close ur branch if you never gave a satisfaction to customer! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the most terrible J&T ever!! I seriously don’t want to be mad as I understand there’s a lot of parcel, but my parcel has been at the same spot for 4 days straight?! What the hell is wrong with this J&T! If there’s 0 star I would rate 0!! Bad service!! Will report to the HQ!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls ban J&T TIONG mas from Shopee as they never delivered my items and updated as "Delivered". And their KL HQ can even called me and said their own TIONG mas branch still didn't reply them. There goes my parcel! J&T substandard!! Avoid using them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely dissapointed to their shipping services. Bad attitude customer services ever. This branch always takes super longer time to transit the parcel, even the products is from local but J&T always ship the products extremely slow, even products import from China is faster than this J&T!!! China seller only take 4 days to send me the parcel!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freaking disappointed with the services provided from this checkpoint. My parcel arrived at your checkpoint on 23/06/2022 and when I went to pickup the parcel by myself at their checkpoint, it was like thousands of parcels in their warehouse. When I informed them my parcel arrived around 23, their staff was like "tak sure lah kak. kena cari sampai bawah." None of them helped me and my partner in finding our stuff tbh. We go selam there (imagine like bundle yes thats it but in such super packed and you never know when you will find your parcel)
None of the staff helped us tbh. We wasted our time around 1 hour and I told my partner I'm not searching anymore. We went home without my parcel in my hands.
Guess will just cancel the order to get the refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always been using J&T for these past few years. Unfortunately, this branch is the worst I could ever tell. I had a few bad experience with CDC TiongMas, they keep on holding my parcels and a few missed the expected delivery date. Calls aren't picked up, and services are bad. Do I need to remind you every day in the app to send my parcels? It's getting worst by day. Please improve or you might be losing more customers by day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service! Customer service also no answer the chat. My parcel have been spent 2 -3 night at this drop point. When call of course BUSY! no proper or valid reason. Please improve your service!! Definitely will not use j&t after this
