★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime barang sampai sini mesti hold 1 hari. why???? other J&T always send the parcel out immedietly but why J&T Gelang patah always like to hold parcel ?? penang to JB take 1 day but why gelang patah to puteri harbour also 1 day?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very late service. Hold the item almost 2 week. Even pos laju from pekan nenas faster and early arrive from J&T Gelang Patah. Serious very bad service ever. Not 1 item.. But all items i bought was same! Hold until when i dont know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel Reach Apr 03, 2020 however till today Apr 13, 2020 still not deliver to destination. Called Gelang Patah Number either engaged tone or no pick up for 4 days.
Finally reach them, it is due to some errors on the receiver phone number and they have to many parcels to handle so not yet call the sender (me) to confirm the information.
Still have room to increase the efficiency of Follow Up.
