★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We call their employees,because want to take postal item,so he said ok and we can coming,when we come at clock 5.30 p.m and the door hasn't closed yet, we going inside to take our postal item..their employees said already closed...im understand about outbreaks of this disease (covid-19)..a little tired..if so dont say we can coming right.....wasted time..repeat again to come..ohh...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissappointed, received the item quite fast but the doc were sent when i was not at home. Just like being thrown onto the car porch. I don't know the company's SOP or this is just the worker"s attitude. I made a complaint to the supervisor since the doc is very important to me. I waited for 4 months for the doc. Just imagine if it was raining heavily & spoiled the doc. I hope the company take note of my complaint cos it will tarnish the company.
