Only 1 thing i cannot accept is Proof of Delivery you guys attached someone else house photo and the same photo being recycled for all other delivery.... Come on la wei....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't receive my parcel almost 2 weeks...base on tracking system,my parcel already deliver at my place which is jnt muar but somehow the courier turning back to jnt Yong Peng..what is the problem actually..the worst courier and system..u just need to call or email owner to take parcel manually if there is a problem occur...email is much more better to inform owner to manually take parcel...current status still at yongpeng jnt..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to deal with counter since it operating until late evening. Very convenient for those who working, they can just drop by after work. The reason why I rate only 2 starts is because they treat my parcels (document package) not important as other parcels. They just keep my parcel and not processing it until I made a phone call. The whole process should take about 3-5 days, drag until almost 3 weeks for the delivery.
