Mintak resit charge 40sen tu, katanya tak ada resit. Naik suara pulak pada customer. Sorry J&T. ByeΒ². Banyak kurier lain lagi.
The service is getting worse day by day. Dah print elokΒ² waybill from shopee. After that, the staff said the new rules here are print waybill which is a sticker type. Already charge 40 sen a piece. Asked for the 40 sen charge receipt, he said there was no receipt. Raise your voice to the customer. Sorry J&T. ByeΒ². Many other couriers.
