★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot self collect anymore, due to PKPD. Item stuck for so so so long for uncontrollable situation.
Edit: Ispoke nicely to them, and though they said they couldn't do anything, i requested them for help cause i had my meds in the package. They ask for my airway number and helped to delivered it the next day. Super nice staff and people. Just severely understaffed :( try being nice and if's it important enough, ask for help. If not, just wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got back from here. Super easy and fast self pickup. I dont know whats with all the negative review about this place. You guys should come to here first to pickup your parcel. Dont call since i didnt see any company’s phone on their table except their own personal phones. This is just their warehouse i think.
