I need to use it.. it should be arrived to me 2 days ago..and when I want to make a report, j&t customer service said uncontrollable situation there.. and also my other parcel is using j&t and has been arrived to me yesterday..I don't know why this gonna be happen to me?

β β β β β My parcel is still missing at J&T Express Melaka-Alor Gajah. I tried to call and email to know the status, but they are being unresponsive. I really disappointed with the service. Usually, I really satisfied with J&T but today is my last day as their customer. They are blacklisted.

β β β β β I donβt know why there are so many of my parcel stuck at their place without moving, from time to time it has been there for a month & more to come. Issue didnβt solve for several months, causing me to have unhappy customers.
This place is pirates! Not delivery services!
All the parcel send out from this place, never reach to the customer & never came back! It is the same case as MH370! It is not just one, i have a lot of parcel under them! How unlucky! Iβm so scared by just looking at the place name βAlor Gajahβ. Because it definitely be a lost parcel!

β β β β β This is my second experience with J&T express, where they do not make any attempt for delivery, as we are all at home, none of the delivery guys/delivery vehicles came. Bt within 5mins of ouf to delivery notification in system, it states that delivery attempt was not successful. If really can't do proper delivery better close down. Not even a phone call was made if they wanted to state as can't find my address?other services still can call and deliver all the parcel directly to my house. Hope ur service will get improved.
