1.dua kali nK pos simkad tapi kne reject atas alasan barangan yg nk dipos termasuk dalam barang larangan,
Kalau kata simkad dalam list barangan terlarang knp jnt cawangan lain dalam kawasan muar jgk tp boleh je pos simkad,if itu barang larangan , sepatutnya semua cawangan jnt tak boleh pos simkad , betul x?
2.staff cawangan ini ,depan mata saya telah mengoyak kan bungkuasan saya semata2 nAk tengok apa isi dalam bungkusan, boleh saya tau, dalam jnt courrier memang ada sop jika nk tau isi kandungan boleh sewenang2 koyak kn bungkusan cust ke?
3.majoriti staff dicawangan ini kurang mesra. Langsung tidak senyum. Dan bila bagi tau dah call hq, hw ckp boleh pos. Staff buat kerja dgn muka yg ketat sambil menjeling cust seolah2 tgh marah cust sbb menyusahkn kerja dia , where is your manners dear staff jnt jalan salleh?
Harap boleh diperbetulkan apa yg tak betul tentang outlet ini tq
Disappointing service,
1. Twice I post the SIM card but I reject it on the grounds that the items I post are included in the prohibited items,
If the word simkad in the list of prohibited items knp jnt other branches in the muar area jgk tp can post simkad, if it is a prohibited item, then all jnt branches can not post simkad, right x?
2.staff of this branch, in front of my eyes I have torn my package just to see what is in the package, can I know, in the courrier there is soup if I know the contents can I tear the customer's package arbitrarily?
3. The majority of staff in this branch are not friendly. Just don't smile. And when you want to call hq, hw ckp can be posted. The staff did the work with a tight face while staring at the customer as if the customer was angry for making it difficult for him to work, where is your manners dear staff jnt jalan salleh?
Hope it can be corrected what is wrong about this outlet tq
