โ โ โ โ โ On 21 March 2020, I online request for pick up service, and then a woman name Nur Syahiera Nabiela from J&T, contact me and told me that she will arrange someone to pick up my parcels, but she wants me to cancel the pick up request from the J&T website. Since this is my first experience requesting for pick up service, so I did not think much and listen to her advise. After picking up the parcel, she whatsapp me the total amount I have to paid and ask me to transfer the money to her personal bank account. After two days later, the receiver received a wrong parcel. I whatsapp her about this problem she did not take responsible at all. So this is how J&T handle customer parcel. Well Done!

โ โ โ โ โ This place is now only for sending things coz' the taking of parcels/items is now shifted to a new place ..about 4km from this place - towards Seremban. This outlet is quite small but the service is good.

โ โ โ โ โ Female staff at the counter have bad attitudes, doesn't like to help customer, asked questions like want to pick a fight. Only look at her phone, not helping at all. But surprisingly can talk nicely with the male staffs.

โ โ โ โ โ Supposed to open at 8am but they only came at 8.10am. Had to wait for 15min in front since they just came in had to tidy up the place before serving customers.
Your staff should have come sooner and ready to operate at 8am J&T.

โ โ โ โ โ I am waiting for my item to be delivered. This is 2nd day but the item still at Mantim J&T storage. The reason given is failed attempt but I was at home all the time. This is mot the first time. Other J&T branch is superb except this Mantin. They dont answer called.

โ โ โ โ โ Item reach few days unable to send out. First day go to Self collect says item jam, cannot self collect. Second day self collect, the staff ask to come back later, need to arrange item. I don't know how they manage the parcel, item reach for few days but unable to sort it out. Even with many staff, unable to carry out the job properly. Very disappointed and not recommend at all.

โ โ โ โ โ Saya Ada shop in shopee ,I always drop off in 24 hours but the courier service always not scan in time,dua hari selepas itu baru scan and nak tunggu for delivery time dia hantar to n9 center really take time a lot . I really want my services good enough for my customers but the courier delivery that take time to deliver my items can make it more problems. I just hope that you as j&t please consider to punctually deliver shopee items, faster do your own job so you can be excellent customer service to us . Thank you.
