Very bad service.my parcel still there..already 1 week!! Called but did't pickup.not resposible at all !!!

Worst delivery partner ever. Not Even pickup the phone as I need to check my parcel status which stuck for 2 weeks!!

My parcel stuck at there more than 5 days, why don't send out my parcel? Call no pickup, what's wrong with your guys?? So disappointed ?

• My phone being stolen with J&T Express. • My parcel shall come with phone and powerbank. • Seal by seller was broken when parcel arrived. • Phone missing, left only powerbank. • Not my first time bought phone online. • First time tried J&T, phone missing. • First and last with J&T.

Good service. Always post my item and drop off parcel here. Staff is helpful. Can park far and walk in since the parking area here is limited.

What people don't understand is that there are 2 types of J&T outlets: for drop-off & for pick-up and delivery. People usually not satisfied with the latter. I suggest J&T rename these outlets for avoid confusion. Service-wise, I prefer J&T over other couriers. J&T is fast, but not for fragile goods. There's high chance ur item will break along the way.
