Why you hold our parcel like we don't have any rushing matter? Please arranged the shipment all the stuck parcel as soon as possible!!
V	VhopeDay Everyday on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parcel I sent to my buyer has been stuck for more than 2 weeks without any update, called numerous times, never pick up the call or line always 'busy', called j&t hotline and they filed a report at 5/8 to j&t Pendang but no response until today. The item is valuable, who will bear the lost. I will not be using j&t from now on if this issue is not resolved.
